Introduction |
SAINS Call Centre was first setup in 1993 and it was previously known as Help Desk.
Its main purpose is to provide pre and post-sales support and services to our customers. The support is delivered with the need to fulfill the implementation, delivery and completion of contracts and business agreement secured by SAINS. Thus, we are committed to bring the organisation as a whole towards the achievement of its vision.
